As with all other sports, ask your doctor for advice before taking part in our sessions. The proposed sessions are only guidelines and should not be followed to the letter if it creates a risk for you. THE PERFORMANCE OF ANY ACTIVITY DESCRIBED OR DEPICTED IN THE SWIMEE APPLICATION INVOLVES A RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY AND YOU EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL RISK OF DAMAGE. IF AT ANY TIME DURING ANY ACTIVITY DESCRIBED IN THE SWIMEE APPLICATION, YOU EXPERIENCE DISCOMFORT, PAIN, NAUSEA, DIZZINESS, RELIEF, CHEST PAIN OR ANY OTHER PAIN, DISCONTINUE USE AND IMMEDIATELY CONTACT A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL OR CALL emergency rescuer. Neither the Company nor any of its trainers or affiliates shall be liable for any injury or illness, physical or mental, which may result, directly or indirectly, from any exercise or workout. You assume full responsibility for exercising with proper form and recognize that improper form can result in risk of injury. Everyone is different, and you acknowledge that any advice or guidance provided by Swimee, whether in text or video form, may not be right for you. You also acknowledge that any advice or guidance provided by the Swimee Services should not be taken at face value if it causes discomfort or injury to you, or do not comply with the advice offered by your doctor or healthcare professional.

Waterproof protection:

Our waterproof protection does not guarantee the safety of objects inside.

Modifications:

We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time at our sole discretion. All modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting and shall apply to all access and use of the Swimee application thereafter. Your continued use of the Swimee application following the posting of revised terms of use means that you accept the changes. You are required to check this page from time to time and each time you access the Swimee application to be aware of any changes, as they are binding on you. If you do not agree to any changes in these terms of use, you must immediately stop using the Swimee application.
